The five weights
Payments carry twenty-eight points in a hundred, complaint record twenty-four, safety and licensing conduct twenty, the welcome offer sixteen, and the entry deposit twelve. The order is deliberate: on these three markets the question that decides whether an account was a mistake is almost never the price of the bet, it is whether the money comes back out.
The figure a row carries is that weighted sum expressed out of ten. It is comparative and nothing more. It says which of two rows is better documented on the things that decide a payout, and it does not say that either of them will pay you.
What each weight can actually see
Payments is the heaviest axis and it is also the one with the widest gap between the two markets that have rows. The three Ghanaian records publish methods, minimums and in two cases a fee and a stated speed. The three Nigerian records publish no payment entries at all, so on Nigerian rows the heaviest axis is weighing an absence.
The welcome offer answers for four of the six. Betway Ghana publishes no welcome offer in the material read, and SportyBet Nigeria publishes nothing beyond an entry minimum of one hundred naira. The complaint record and the safety axis are today carried almost entirely by what the licence block says, which is why the licence block is broken into three columns rather than shown as one badge.
Why the scores sit close together
Six records, and the spread from top to bottom is about two points. That is not a modelling choice, it is what happens when three of five axes are reading the same kind of evidence, and it is more useful to see than to hide.
There is a tempting way to widen it, which is to move the multipliers until the order looks livelier. A weight is a claim about what matters, not a dial for making a table photogenic, so the multipliers stay and the narrow spread stays visible until more operator pages have been opened and written down.
What the figure is not
It is not a measurement of service. Nobody at this desk has deposited with, withdrawn from, or timed a cash-out at any of these six companies, and no cell on this site should be read as though we had.
It is not a verdict on the company either. A row that scores low here is a row whose operator publishes less about itself, which is a fact about its pages rather than a finding about its conduct.
