Kenya
Who licenses betting in Kenya
Three countries, three answers. Nigeria has no national gambling regulator since the Supreme Court ruling of 22 November 2024 and licences are issued state by state. Ghana licenses through the Gaming Commission of Ghana. Kenya licenses through the Gambling Regulatory Authority, which replaced the Betting Control and Licensing Board under the Gambling Control Act 2025. A licence from one of them is not a licence in the other two.

What the listed bookmakers publish about themselves
No bookmaker is listed for Kenya yet, so there is nothing here to quote. The basis above stands on the statute, not on any operator's page.
Every cell in this table is a quotation from the bookmaker's own site. None of it has been checked against a register, and a cell reading "not named" means the operator printed a number without saying who issued it.
