Nothing yet, because there is no list open. This page describes what it will be rather than pretending it already is, and there is no form on it to sign for that reason.
When it opens, it will carry the things this site changes rather than the things it publishes: a licence line that moved, a payment term that changed, a new brand entering a country table and why it qualified. Not a fixture list.
Choose your country
It will go out by country, because the whole architecture of this site says a reader in Accra and a reader in Lagos do not need the same message, and a single list would quietly contradict that.
Kenya will get one when Kenya has a table.
Who writes it
The same desk that writes the tables, and the same limits apply. No timing claims, no register checks that were not made, and no figure that is not on the site already with its source recorded.
There is no dateline on this site and there will be none on the letter either.
